You didn’t become a healthcare worker just to lose yourself in the process.
It's time to stop dragging the hospital home with you and finally live a life that doesn’t revolve around the next shift.
Program beings April 6th!
I'll go ahead and say what no one else will..
You're far beyond tired. You're burnt the hell out.

Your chest tightens before every shift while you count down the minutes until you can clock out.. before you even clock in.

You're absolutely exhausted after every shift but your head hits the pillow and your brain refuses to shut off - replaying the entire day on repeat.

You snap at your husband and kids over the smallest things and as soon as you do, you're overwhelmed with guilt.

Days off are spent staring at the dishes in the sink, knowing they need done but having no willpower to peel yourself off the couch.

Cancelling plans because the thought of talking to one more human makes you want to scream

And then the guilt hits. You worked your ass off for this career. You should feel grateful… right?
But instead you feel like your entire life is slowly being swallowed by your job.
The part no one prepares you for..
No one warns you that healthcare doesn’t just demand your time.
It starts consuming your identity.
At first you’re proud of your role.
But over time…
You stop being the friend who says yes to dinner plans, the partner who has energy at night.
You find yourself saying things like: "I used to love reading" realizing most if not all of your hobbies have become old memories.
You became the reliable one. The one who always picks up the shift.
The one who holds it together for everyone else.
Until one day you asked.. "Who the hell am I anymore?!"
You don’t know who you are outside of scrubs anymore.
Because the hospital has quietly become your entire life.

The only program made specifically for women in healthcare!
You don’t need another generic wellness program.
You need a system built for people who:
⏰ Work 12 hour shifts
🚑 See trauma regularly
💔 Carry emotional weight most people will never understand
Healthy in Healthcare shows you how to stop letting the hospital consume every part of your life.
Not by telling you to quit your job.
But by teaching you how to live inside your career without losing yourself to it.

PHASE 1: AUDIT
• Nervous system reset tools (TIME Technique + NLP)
• Breaking the stress cycles your body is stuck in
• Identifying your burnout patterns
• Separating your identity from your job again
This is usually the moment you say:
"Oh… THAT’S why I feel like this."

PHASE 2: CHANGE
• Boundaries that don’t come with guilt.
• Fuel your body so 12 hour shifts stop draining the life out of you
• Move your body in ways that restore energy instead of punishing exhaustion
• Build routines that work with your schedule instead of against it
You start feeling like yourself again.

PHASE 3: MAINTAIN
• Your job stops living rent free in your brain
• Your days off feel like actual days off
• You care deeply about your patients without sacrificing yourself
The hospital becomes one part of your life.
Not your entire identity.
Before Healthy in Healthcare
You sit in your car before your shift trying to calm the tightness in your chest, already feeling like the day is going to drain the life out of you.
You walk through your front door after a shift and immediately unload everything that went wrong while snapping at your partner for leaving one dish in the sink.
Your days off are spent recovering from the last three shifts. The entire day disappears before you did anything you actually wanted to do.
After Healthy in Healthcare
You walk into work knowing the shift might still be chaotic, but your body isn’t in full fight-or-flight mode before you even clock in.
You leave work at work and drive home listening to music or a podcast instead of replaying patient scenarios in your head for the entire commute.
Your days off actually feel like your life again! Seeing friends, getting outside, cooking a real meal, or finally doing things that have nothing to do with the hospital.
This isn't a program. It's a rebellion.
We’ve been told the same things for years:
“Healthcare is just hard.” “Burnout comes with the territory.” Take some time off.. but get your shift covered first!”
Meanwhile we’re expected to keep showing up, breaking our backs, skipping meals, missing holidays, and pushing our own lives further and further down the priority list.
Yes, we chose healthcare.
But we did not sign up for a life sentence of exhaustion, resentment, and sacrificing our entire identity for a system that could replace us tomorrow.
We worked our asses off for these degrees because we believed healthcare could give us something better: Better pay. Flexibility. A fulfilling career.
Somewhere along the way, the system flipped the script.
Now we’re told being constantly exhausted is normal.
That dragging the hospital home with us is just part of the job.
That the reward for literally saving a life is a pizza party and a pat on the back.
Healthy in Healthcare exists because healthcare workers deserve better.
To care deeply about their patients without sacrificing themselves. To build boundaries without feeling guilty. To have a career in healthcare without letting it consume their entire life.
The system may take a long time to change.
But women in healthcare? We’re powerful in numbers.
And we can start changing how we live inside it right now.
Because you didn’t work this damn hard just to spend the rest of your life exhausted.
Meet your coach, Mary!
And before I was a coach, I was exactly where you are right now.
Dragging every shift home with me.
Laying in bed staring at the ceiling before work because my brain wouldn’t shut off.
Ten months into my career I had:
Gained 30 pounds, wrecked my back, maxed out my anxiety medication, and was on the verge of blowing up my relationship.
I remember thinking:
"I just spent four years and $40,000 getting this degree… did I just sell my soul to the devil?!"
Because no one talks about how easy it is to slowly lose yourself inside the job.
I tried doing what everyone else does. Diet harder. Push through the exhaustion. Pretend burnout was just part of the job.
But shrinking my body didn’t shrink the problem.
The real issue was something I didn’t understand at the time:
My entire identity had become healthcare.
And when your whole identity lives inside your job… every bad shift feels like it’s destroying your life.
Once I started addressing the real root of burnout everything began to shift.
I started feeling like myself again.
Yes, I lost 30 pounds. Yes, my health improved.
But the biggest win?
Healthcare stopped being the only thing that defined me.
Today I’m still a healthcare worker.
But I’m also: A wife. A dog mom to three border collies. A coffee snob. A traveler. A business owner. A human first.
And now I help other women in healthcare reclaim their lives the same way.
Because you didn’t work this damn hard just to feel exhausted and trapped inside your career.
Healthy in Healthcare is where that changes.

Picture 12 Weeks From Now
You walk into work and the shift is still chaotic…
But your body isn’t bracing for impact anymore.
The tightness in your chest before clocking in? Gone.
You do your job. You care for your patients. And when your shift ends…
It actually ends.
You drive home without replaying every moment of the day.
You walk through the door and your family gets you, not the exhausted version of you that the hospital wrung dry.
Your scrubs fit looser. Your energy is back.
Your days off stop being recovery days and start feeling like your life again.
And the biggest shift?
You stop feeling like the hospital owns you.
Healthcare becomes something you do.
Not who you are.
But don't just take my word..
Of course! Healthy in Healthcare isn't about throwing a bunch of tools at you and saying "here you go!". It's about showing how to maximize them based off of your schedule. Have an hour a day? Great! Have 10 minutes? We can work with that!
All calls are recorded and uploaded to your portal! Want a question answered live? You'll receive a reminder about calls and an option to submit questions prior to so you always get your answers no matter if it's live time or via the recording.
Nope! Both gym and home options are available. While I do recommend a pair of dumbbells, they are not necessary!
Absolutely! This program is perfect for new and advanced macro trackers. Part of the program includes an Intro to Macros course that shows you just how easy it really is.

Don’t let another season go by hiding in scrubs and losing yourself to the job.
You care deeply about your patients.
But you deserve a life outside of caring for everyone else.
Healthy in Healthcare helps you build that life.
