Macros Made Simple: Healthcare Edition

A free 4-day challenge for healthcare workers who are DONE being exhausted, under-fueled, and stuck in survival mode—but still want real, sustainable weight loss.

Live January 19th-22nd

You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. And you definitely don’t lack discipline.

You’re just trying to fuel a body and brain inside a job that:

🙄 Ignores basic human needs (who needs to eat?!)

🙄 Normalizes leaving shifts so exhausted you're crawling to your car!

🙄 Gaslights you for being burnt out like you somehow picked this?!

Meals are missed. Coffee becomes a food group. And weight loss feels impossible—not because you don’t care, but because you’re already giving everything you have.

Somewhere along the way, being tired became “normal.” Being burnt out became expected. And taking care of yourself started to feel impossible.

Truth?
This isn’t a motivation problem.
It’s a fueling-for-a-chaotic-job problem.

"Macros Never Work For Me!"

Until Now 😎

The Real Reason Macros Usually Don’t Work in Healthcare (And How We Fix It)

It’s not because macros "don’t work."
It’s because the way they’re usually taught does not work for your job.

Here’s what you’re up against:

🤷🏼‍♀️You don’t have time to eat when you’re “supposed to”

🤷🏼‍♀️You don’t have the energy to cook after a long shift

🤷🏼‍♀️You don’t want another thing on your already overflowing to-do list

So macros start to feel too tedious, too rigid, and too high-maintenance for real life.

Then lunch gets missed and you think you’ve ruined the day.

The cafeteria is the only option and you panic!

DoorDash happens and you feel guilty

You try to “eat as little as possible” to make up for it.

You go home starving → binge → promise to do better tomorrow

That cycle is NOT a personal failure. It’s a system that was never built for healthcare.

Inside this challenge, we do macros differently.

You’ll learn how to:

🥗Eat even when breaks are unpredictable

🍕Use the cafeteria, takeout, or whatever’s available without guilt

🌮Stop treating one missed meal like a day-ending disaster

🍗Fuel enough to actually have energy—and still lose weight

Macros don’t need to be perfect. They need to be realistic.

Here's What We'll Cover in Three Days!

Day 1

What Are Macros?

You'll see why each macro is important (yes. even carbs!) to fueling the chaos of 12 hour shifts.

Carbs fuel your brain.

Fats fuel your hormones.

And protein fuels those muscles needed for pulling patients all damn day.

Day 2

Macros + Your Schedule

Let's be honest, your shift doesn't care about perfect meal timing. Honestly? Neither do I! You'll see how to make macros simple (see what I did there 🤪) no matter if you're working 8's, 10's, 12's - if you packed lunched or need to order in - and in between all the chaos!

Day 3

Calorie Cycling

The best kept secret if you're a chronic "no lunch" punch at the end of every shift. Or if you're someone who likes to head out and celebrate the end of your shift with some extra chips and queso.

This is for you if you

✅ Work long, unpredictable shifts and food is always the first thing to fall apart

✅ Are exhausted of trying to lose weight while feeling constantly run down

✅ Skip meals during the day and then feel out of control at night

✅ Rely on cafeteria food, vending machines, or DoorDash—and feel guilty about it

✅ Want weight loss, but not at the expense of your energy, mood, or sanity

✅ You’re ready to stop letting burnout be your entire personality

This is NOT for you if you

❌ Want a strict meal plan that tells you exactly what to eat

❌ Believe eating less and moving more is the only answer

❌ Are unwilling to eat pizza or full sugar lattes

❌ Are looking for a quick fix without changing how you approach food

❌ Want perfection instead of progress

❌ Love living for the job and not yourself

This isn’t taught by someone guessing what your job is like.

It’s built by someone who works rocks scrubs, understands 12 hour shifts, missed breaks, and hectic schedules.

But strongly believes (and has proven!), you don't have to sacrifice your own health for the job!

Hey, I'm Mary! 👋🏼

I used to believe burnout was just part of the job.

But behind the long shifts and patient smiles, I was falling apart. I was pushing my fiancé away, snapping at him for things that weren’t his fault because I had nothing left in the tank. I’d sit in my car after the worst shifts of my life, binge eating just to feel some ounce of joy.

I was 30 pounds heavier, exhausted, in pain, and honestly? I didn’t even recognize myself anymore.

I told myself, “this is just what healthcare life is.”
Until I decided it wasn’t.

I rebuilt my life one step at a time, starting with the way I treated myself.

I lost those 30 pounds, healed my relationship with food, and most importantly, stopped letting a broken system decide what I deserved.

Now? I feel strong in my scrubs, confident in my skin, energized in my body and thriving in the marriage I almost lost to burnout.

I created this reset because I know I’m not the only one who’s felt stuck in survival mode.

Now I've helped over 100 women in healthcare reclaim their energy, strength, and joy and I want that for you too.

Because the truth is: we’re not in a healthcare shortage.

We’re just finally done being a punching bag for a system that would replace us in an instant.

It’s time to come back to yourself.

You can be a happy, healthy healthcare worker — no matter what the system tries to pull on you.

Let’s make that happen.

I promise this work, but don't just take it from me. 😎
