I used to roll my eyes every time someone said, “You only work three days a week!” (Actually I’d mutter “Piss off” let’s be honest)
Because those three days felt like a lifetime. And the worst part was they didn’t stay at work. They followed me home.
I wasn’t lazy. I was drained.
No energy for cooking. No motivation to move.
And forget a social life, I was too tired to text back, let alone go out and live my life.
Then one day, I stopped trying to make influencer routines from a 19 year old who lived at home with her mom work for me.
Instead, I asked myself:
“What could I actually commit to?”
That’s when everything changed.
Now, I proudly say I work less than half the year and spend the other half 30 pounds down and thriving with energy to check off my bucket list!
