

What's my story?
Healthcare chewed me up and spit me out..
I don't have some airbrushed success story or a “just drink more water and try Pilates” mindset. I started it because I was the woman crying in her car between 12-hour shifts, pushing her husband away, becoming unrecognizable, and wondering how the hell I was supposed to feel like myself again.
At the time, I was working two jobs, in clinicals, and pretending I didn’t need sleep or help. I didn’t have a gym membership. I had two five-pound purple dumbbells, a tiny bit of time, and a whole lot of frustration. But I was done letting the job swallow me whole. So I started small. Really small. But consistently.
What I built for myself, energy, confidence, strength, and freedom from the scale, has now become what I help other women in healthcare create for themselves. Healthy in Healthcare isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about finally making room for you.
Because you deserve to feel strong in and out of scrubs. And you don’t need to overhaul your whole life to do it.

I’m not here to lecture you about your macros from a ring light and a standing desk.
I’m here because I’ve lived through years of rotating shifts, night shifts, no breaks, and “just eat something real quick” in between call patients.
I’ve tried ignoring my body, punishing it, and then blaming myself for not being able to "keep it together"
And I’ve also lived through the other side: Becoming more than just the badge. Loving what I see in the mirror. Healing my relationships at home. And finally creating habits that actually work in real life. Yes, even with 12-hour shifts.
That’s what I teach my clients. Because healthcare women deserve better.
There’s no martyrdom here. Just results.
This isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” program where I hand you a calorie target and a PDF workout.
This is about reworking your life, on your terms, so that your career stops running the show.

Meet Mary
AKA, your no BS, scrub wearing coach!
👋 I’m Mary! A coach, a healthcare worker of over a decade, and a woman who’s worked more shifts than she can count.
I’ve worked across a dozen hospitals nationwide, worn all the hats (and the compression socks), and coached over 100 women into the healthiest, strongest, most confident versions of themselves.
I lost 30 pounds while working two jobs and putting myself through multiple degrees. I did it with minimal time, minimal equipment, and a very real understanding of what healthcare life actually looks like.
Now, I blend my bedside experience with no-fluff coaching to help other women in scrubs build energy, lose weight, feel strong, and finally live a life that doesn’t revolve around their badge.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me chasing around 3 border collies, on the edge of my seat with a thriller book, or sippin' a latte at the farmer's market with my husband.
